This GLBA Privacy Notice is provided by PDT and the funds it manages. PDT values and respects the privacy rights of the prospective, current, and former investors in the private investment funds we operate. We believe protecting the privacy of individuals’ non-public personal information is of the utmost importance.

We may obtain non-public personal information about you in connection with providing investment advisory services to you or to a fund in which you are invested. A non-exclusive list of examples includes:  your name, address, e-mail address, social security number or tax identification number, investment history, account balance and transaction information, bank account information, and other financial information.

We may collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you in an investor subscription package, questionnaires, agreements, account opening forms, or other communications.
• Information about your transactions with us, PDT funds, and our affiliates.

In the normal course of business, we may disclose the kinds of non-public personal information listed above to: (1) affiliates that have a legitimate business need for the information; (2) to nonaffiliated third party service providers (such as administrators, accountants, attorneys, and custodians) as is necessary to service our funds and their prospective, current, and former investors; (3) as allowed or required by applicable law or regulation. A party that receives personal information will agree to use it only for the services required and as allowed by applicable law and regulation. These individuals are required to maintain and protect the confidentiality of personal information.

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees, agents, or other parties who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information.

Except as described herein, as described in our Global Investor Privacy Notice, or as required or allowed by applicable law and regulation, we will not use personal information for any other purpose unless PDT describes how it will be used. If required by applicable law or regulation, you will also be given an opportunity to decline such use of personal information.
