Everything works best when PDTers’ incentives are aligned with the company’s success, so we take a long-term, holistic, and generous view of compensation. We believe in paying our people to reflect their cumulative contributions to our success over time. There are no fixed or pre-determined upper bounds for compensation growth. Your earning potential depends on a combination of firm performance and how much positive impact you have. In addition, our deferred compensation plan allows part of PDTers’ compensation to be directly tied to the firm’s investment performance.
