Fraud and Impersonations Warning

Cyber criminals and others often attempt to impersonate PDT Partners, LLC, and its affiliates (“PDT”) by creating fraudulent websites, email domains, applications, and social media profiles to offer fraudulent investment products or other schemes. These platforms and profiles may utilize PDT’s name and/or branding (or similar names and branding) without PDT’s consent to encourage individuals to participate in chat groups, install applications, or otherwise supply personal information that is then used to defraud them.

PDT does not provide any mobile trading, investment, or other applications and does not solicit business through WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or any other social media channels. PDT will never present any person with whom we do not have a substantive, pre-existing relationship with any investment opportunities, including in stocks, digital currencies, or any other financial instruments under any circumstances.

Any efforts to initiate or redirect communication from email channels by persons or entities claiming association with PDT should be regarded with suspicion. If you wish to report any potentially fraudulent communication to PDT, please forward it or a screenshot to inquiries@pdtpartners.com.

While we may contemplate taking measures including, but not limited to, notifying regulatory bodies and collaborating with law enforcement to terminate such deceptive activities, we do not (i) accept any obligation to you to pursue such measures or inform you of any additional steps undertaken or (ii) assume responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from or related to any unauthorized use of our name and branding.
